“Nice design again. I would like if they could offer 1500 or 2500 rather than it have to be in 1000s. I would've liked a quicker delivery than 10 working days, without it costing more??”

“Tickets were easy to design and order. 4th time I have ordered with this company. Delivery was on time although I had phoned to discover when to expect delivery as the 10 days turned out to be 2 weeks.”

Hi Patricia Thank you for your review. We looked at your account and you placed your order after the midday cut off so your order was processed on the next working day. “Easy to order, arrived in good time, and good quality. Would have scored 5 but when I called to order few more of the same order I was told 1000 is the lowest quantity you can order in, which was too much. Big shame.”

Dear Ms Herbe We are sorry about your experience with DPD. However, as we mentioned yesterday on the telephone, they did leave a card with you twice (they have provided a photo of your front door as proof) and as you did not contact them, they eventually sent your parcel back to us. We notice that you have used two email addresses - one to contact us and another which you used when placing your order which was then forwarded to DPD. It might be worth checking that email address as that is where all the email correspondence from us and DPD would have been sent.
