“Repeat customer. Your account saves your previous orders, so easy/ quick to tweak dates and reorder the same product. Had to chase delivery- discovered orders were being delayed because of a Covid outbreak at printers, but I had not been informed. Order express printed/ delivered 2 working days later than expected.”
