“Still waiting for tickets to arrive due to problems with DHL.”

Dear Katherine An email was sent to you the day the tickets left instructing you that the tickets will be arriving the next working day but according to DHL they tried delivering on the next working day but no one was there to sign for the delivery. We understand that you now have your tickets and wish you all the success with your raffle. The Support Team

“Prompt service and good quality tickets. Would have been a 5* review if I had been able to edit the contact information on the stub.”

Dear Claire Thank you for your review. However, for future reference, you can edit the information on the counterfoil. You can change the wording in the editor in the field 'counterfoil information'. You can find this is between 'Ticket Price' and 'Ticket Number' Kind regards The Support Team

“My usual raffle ticket printer decided to retire at the age of 83, so I had to find someone else! The ordering process was easy, the price was reasonable and the tickets arrived sooner than I expected. I will definitely use you again - thank you so much!”

“Quality of tickets was good, arrived as expected, on time. The only problem I had was the ticket numbers were incorrect, due to confusion with the artwork preview not showing a correct image. If you need numbers to start above 00001 then do make sure you contact the team to request this after ordering.”

“Sadly the delivery was delayed for two days , I tracked it but it just kept saying it had been collected from yourselves but then it was delayed twice ?”

Dear Ms Macdonald We are sorry that your order was delayed by DHL. Your tickets left our factory on the 6th and were delivered on the 8th so were a day late. DHL are normally very good and this is a rare event. Again we apologise and hope you have a successful raffle.
