“Easy to use website, lots of design options, & appears easy to re-order. Fast dispatch. Only downside was the delivery cost for the Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland is quite high, especially when we do not actually live in the Highlands or Ireland. However I will not let this deter my experience with the company and will def be reordering in the future”

“I got an email to upgrade to 3 day delivery. This didn't happen. No response to email. Called and was apologetic but couldn't do anything to rush them through for me. I have worked in the printing industry and I know the difficulties but I also know orders can be rushed through. We have missed out on events we could have sold the tickets at and will affect our fundraising, so not best impressed. Mistakes happen but it is how you rectify them that counts. I never leave bad reviews but feel let down in this instance.”

It depends on the day that you called whether we would have been able to fit them on the production line on that day in order get them out to you any quicker. “The service was very quick. A bit too quick the 2015 year for the draw was not spotted by anyone. I now have to alter 5,000 5's to 6's. My fault I know but it would have nice if it had been spotted.”

Hi Patricia, Sorry to hear there was a mistake on your ticket. We try our best to proof check all the orders but it's difficult to ensure we'll pick up on small mistakes because the amount of orders we get in each day, this is why the proofing stage is left to the customer. “Tickets came as promised and are fine. The parcel delivery from UK Mail was very disappointing because they left it outside partly under a table but the box still got rained on!!”

“Brilliant - a very easy , attractive and comprehensive result. The tickets looked super - and of good quality. The service was second to none as I requested an urgent delivery (having not taken the bank holiday into account) there was a 4 day turn around. Brilliant. Customer service superb and even the delivery was a joy - given a one hour slot to sign OR leave in a safe place. I cannot praise this outfit highly enough.”

“This was my first time to use Raffle Tickets 4 U and was really impressed how easy it was. The good thing was you could see how your tickets would look as you typed in the information. It could be altered as many times as you liked until completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.”
