“Quality of tickets was good, arrived as expected, on time. The only problem I had was the ticket numbers were incorrect, due to confusion with the artwork preview not showing a correct image. If you need numbers to start above 00001 then do make sure you contact the team to request this after ordering.”

“Sadly the delivery was delayed for two days , I tracked it but it just kept saying it had been collected from yourselves but then it was delayed twice ?”

Dear Ms Macdonald We are sorry that your order was delayed by DHL. Your tickets left our factory on the 6th and were delivered on the 8th so were a day late. DHL are normally very good and this is a rare event. Again we apologise and hope you have a successful raffle.
