“Whistlefish offers good value and good quality. However, you used to do far more blank cards, which were much far more useful than you range now. Also your artwork is becoming very mundane. You used to have more “arty” cards, different to your competitors, and these were again, far more useful than ordinary run of the mill designs. Sadly you’re not what you used to be which is great shame as you stood out from the crowd, recipients would comment on the cards I sent, that doesn’t happen anymore. I still order for my elderly mum for her to send which sort of sums up Whistlefish now. I would also add your delivery is pretty slow in today’s competitive marketplace.”
