“Overall of the cards I received were lovely and just what I was looking for. However there was a Father’s Day card I had ordered which was never received, I tried to speak to customer service through various avenues but got not response!”

“Really rubbish experience with Whistlefish. Placed a reasonably sized order, including some number candles for a VIP big family birthday & when they arrived one of them was obviously damaged - the gold/glitter surface was scratched off in a few places! I sent a photo & asked for a replacement & I got told that the damage was not deemed ‘severe enough’ to qualify for a replacement or refund!!!!!! Wow… I will not be shopping with Whistlefish again. Why could they not have replaced a candle, which was a cost of £1.50?!?! Sort your CUSTOMER SERVICE out guys!”
