“This is a new site for me to use and have not been disappointed with the quality of the cards and the service provided . Easy to use website offering various selections of gifts to suit all needs. The Christmas gift tins are perfect size to fill with lots of different chocolates a new twist on the Christmas selection box which is more box than treats !!. Will contiue to purchase with Whistlefish.”

“I love these cards as they are different to the ones you purchase from the High Street. I buy these cards every Christmas and send to relatives and friends knowing that they are a "one off" and also very special. It's good to know they have been drawn/painted by local artists which makes them even more unique.”

“Positive point - Whistlefish have some lovely cards which previously I had bought for friends and family and had recommended to my place of work to buy all cards for the organisation. Negative point - Unfortunately Whistlefish's customer service is poor to non-existent. I contacted Whistlefish about some tins I had ordered online as they had updated their supplier and were a slightly different size/shape to older versions. Nothing is mentioned about this change on the website and they are not stackable with the older versions (I stack my tins). I asked if (as they had changed the tins without notification) that they could send me a pre-addressed label so that I could return one tin (I utilised the others in other ways that did not require stacking) and they could send me another. The first email was quite dismissive (a flat no), which then led me to send another email asking to be referred to the manager. The manager did not respond but another member of staff did, with borderline sarcasm, thanking me for 'my detailed reply'. I was told that the manager would contact me if she changed her mind. I replied and said that I would like a response either way (so that I knew the message had reached her). I received a reply confirming that this would be done. That was on 4 August 2025 and I am still awaiting a response! As Whistlefish often sell these tins for between £2.50 and £5 on sale (£6 full price) and I had spent c£80 on my order I found this shortsighted and with very poor customer service. I rarely leave reviews (and even more rarely leave bad ones). I won't be ordering from Whistlefish again and will be asking my place of work to find another supplier.”

“I ordered these beautiful animal Christmas cards that were seventeen for ten pounds. When they arrived they were exquisite and price amazing. Unfortunately one was missing I git on ti Whistlefish straight away. Rectified within a couple of days. Excellent service.”
