“Extreme lack of customer service as they were unable to do the most basic of tasks. I, therefore, escalated my complaint and have yet to receive a response. Clearly, they are not interested to speak to a customer or respond from senior management level. I certainly will not be using their services again.”

“I ordered a collection of cards to top up my card collection along with a Whistlefish cool bag, I was a little bit worried in case it was going to be smaller than the old one a had but I didn’t need to worry it was slightly larger & great quality. I am so happy with it, it’s a lovely design & just perfect.”
