“I have placed several orders with Whistlefish I really like the quality of the cards and like the fact that they are recycled However I contacted customer services by email when my granddaughter aged 8 was raising money for Crisis homelessness charity I asked if Whistlefish would donate some cards I didn’t even get a reply I have recommended Whistlefish to Hilary Nicholson and Maria O’ Donnell both have placed orders NE9”

“Unfortunately not a great experience from head office. I called to ask if an item was in stocks in Newquay. They would not call the store or give me the number. Very argumentative member of staff. Assured me the item was available. Drove 30 mins to purchase said item. Arrived in store to find they do not have any in. Outstanding customer service from the lady in store. She resolved the problem very quickly. Item now collected and hanging in pride of please. 10 stars for the lady in branch”
