“I'd like to give two reviews... 1. 1* for the 'handwritten card ' service... Fur the first time I ordered 2 different 'hand written cards' to be sent directly to the recipient... Both cards got sent to me (not the recipient!) and when I emailed customer services they didn't reply... I know one of them did get sent to the recipient because she thanked me. Unfortunately the other one is a delicate relationship so I haven't wanted to ask. But I thought there might have been more emails about them being sent and delivered and there was nothing. 2. The cards in general are fab designs and great value.”

“All of your products are excellent quality and look much more expensive than their actual cost. I buy cards mostly and have enough to last for several years but when you release new ones or Christmas ones I can’t resist. The wrapping paper is always a superior quality and very decorative. The storage tins are very useful to store the cards, especially the biggest ones, but the lids are not always a good fit. The offers are good i.e. so many cards for a price or a free tin. The range is vast and it’s rare that I can’t find something suitable. You are always my first choice.”
