“One of the items was damaged (cool bag). I phoned customer services who asked me to email but not to expect a quick reply. A week later I received a reply and a refund. This is the second time I had a poor experience as some of the cards I ordered were not included in my order and had to be sent out separately. Just wish orders were checked prior to dispatch to avoid the hassle of contacting customer services and waiting for a response.”

“I’d never heard of whistlefish until we were on holiday and came across the shop in Padstow . I was very impressed by with the quality and choice of the cards .
