“Great quality cards which I’m very happy with. However it wasn’t clear to me there is a 5 working day dispatch time. I was worried they wouldn’t arrive in time for the birthdays I had ordered them for. Luckily they did just in time.”

“I’m a regular shopper of these great quality cards. I love the designs, and multi-buy offers, particularly the new Christmas designs for 2023. You can purchase stamps from them too, which makes life easier.”

“It's important to get information correct and not ambiguous on your website. My recent experience with ordering from one of your offers demonstrates this. The order was honoured for which I'm grateful but there were issues with one part of the website saying one thing and another part contradicting it.”

“Ordered cards and gift bags. Apparently gift bags were out of stock, this was not communicated to me until order arrived which enclosed just the cards and a note on invoice stating bags out of stock.”

“The products are of high quality however their was problems with the delivery. Inside the box the cards were all over the place as the cardboard had not kept them in place. I was also told a delivery date however Royal Mail failed to deliver on that date but delivered the following date”

“Such beautiful cards, and tins to store them in. I get so many compliments on how lovely the cards are. Service is great. One of my tins got bent in delivery though so packing box maybe needs another layer to protect top and bottom?”

“Lovely choice of cards, price and supporting British brands and artists. However, we have just moved overseas with the military and the website doesn’t recognise the BFPO postcode - please can you look into this to avoid issues in the future.”
