“This is a great company selling well-priced products. We bought some tea towels yonks ago and still going strong. I would have left ten out of ten. However, whistlefish is making the same annoying mistake as so many other companies. Viz they want feedback. In an age where many of us make numerous online purchases this obsession with feedback only clutters up the customer's inbox. Hopefully, someone will read this and act.”
