“The only thing which could improve the service would be a delayed delivery time to take in to account that some of your customers are on holiday and not at home to receive the parcels when they arrive so quickly.”

“I have shopped with Whistlefish for several years now and always found their cards to be very attractive, good quality and well priced. Recently I made a mistake when trying to take advantage of a special offer but selecting the wrong cards. I contacted the firm where my error was pointed out very courteously. No refund was offered and I had to swallow the difference. Fair enough!”

“Beautiful cards on good quality card, arrived in lovely packaging which I’ve kept! Please include more ‘special occasion’ cards such as ‘Engagement’ etc. Cards very reasonably priced. Will use company again.”

“I buy most of my cards from Whistlefish - great quality at excellent prices. However I would like to see some teenage boys cards. I have to go elsewhere to buy for my 3 teenage grandsons. You used to do simple age cards but no longer. I’d like to buy all my cards from you please !”

“Lovely selection of cards and gifts. Could improve on some of the choices of card selection but that's a personal taste thing. Love the little tins containing smaller cards. Make great gifts and encourage writing a dying art. Super service, easy to order quick delivery.”
