“ordered some "pre made" Lorne sausage...which is as easy to find/get, as chickens teeth...and not only was it a relief to find it at West Coast Foods, but it was of great quality and at a great price!!! you had to order a certain amount...totalling over £24.00...but it was packaged brilliantly and in convenient smaller packs, ready for freezing. everyone we've "allowed" to sample it, has absolutely loved it too!!! will definitely be ordering some more xx”

“Delivery failed on the day phoned them they sent me out a fresh order free of charge and gave me a full refund, that's what I call good customer service after all it was not their fault it was the courier company service”

“Fantastic customer service. I messed up my online order. Gave them a ring and was helped promptly and with good humour. The black pudding was gorgeous, and oh joy! Smoked ham hocks at last! I cannot find these beauties anywhere in England. Very happy to have found this online supplier. Delicious and bargainous!”

“Great service - ordered online and was able to pick up same day (home delivery was also an option). Steak Pie was delicious and the skinny breakfast pack kept us going for a couple of days at New Year. Can't wait to try more of what this local butcher has to offer.”

“Ordered a steak pie for family coming on New Year's Day, was a bit worried as had never had anything from you before. Everyone agreed best steak pie they had tasted. Great service order was ready when my husband went to collect it. Also ordered beef ham and chicken and all were delicious. So impressed we have been back for fish and more chicken. Definetly recommend.”
