“ordered 4 lots of venison but was sent two lots labelled correctly and the other two presumably venison but not labelled correctly. I had to waste my time taking pictures and still dont know until I cook it if it is actually venison. This is not acceptable and no compensation offered.”

“First time purchasing and I was really pleased, everything I ordered the family loved. Only thing my delivery was 17th October and food was to be used by 21st October, I would rather have a longer best before date on the order. Looking forward to ordering again.”

“It was easy to navigate the website and order the various products I wanted. The special offers made it more enticing. Payment was straight forward and the delivery date chosen and it arrived within the time slot and was well packaged and the products themselves are delicious and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the products and the process of buying online or calling their offices to order. “Lovely up to now ! I’ve had the pork sausages and the black pudding ( 1/2syn for a sausage and 2 syns for black pudding. Will definitely order next month. I never received my 10% discount or free deliveries though. Xx”
