“Quality of the food”

“Excellent service! Very proactive! I ordered inner loin venison fillets but West Coast Foods called me up to say that they didn't have them in stock but would replace them with the same weight in medallion fillets. I believe the medallions are more expensive per kg so very nice of them to offer that. Then there was a problem with the delivery as DPD said it would arrive a day after the scheduled delivery date which is obviously troubling as you don't want meat sitting in a distribution centre for longer than need be. West Coast were really good here and arranged for City Sprint to get the parcel from DPD and delivery on the due date (according the delivery driver, this is an expensive procedure). Overall, I am just really happy with how quickly West Coast were able to sort out these issues without any prompting from myself. It shows a great willingness to deliver excellent customer service. Will definitely order from them again!”

“Ordered venison, arrived within 24 hours, well packaged and meat was beautiful. Took a chance of ordering meat online something that I would never normally do but will definitely be doing this again.”

“Ordered weekly pack and very happy with contents. Meat is so tasty! My friend from work also ordered with me therefore we got free delivery and also got 10% as first order which was a bonus. Graham was very helpful with answering my questions prior to ordering. Will definitely order again 🙂”

“The website was really straight forward when placing an order and specified what due date was (2 days for ordering) I received a detailed text on the day of delivery with name of person who would deliver it and an hour slot. Package arrived to specifications and in perfect order in cool container with ice- I cannot praise this company enough. Everyone at out Burns party commented on how good the Haggis and Black pudding was. A credit to you and thank you”

“From initial to delivery the process was hassle free. So far we have enjoyed, Sweet Chilli Burgers, Beef Olives and Pork Chops, all of which have been excellent. I posted on your facebook page to and would certainly recommend your company to other people.”
