“quick efficient delivery”

“It was great to find an online supplier of plain bread as it is now impossible to get hold of this anywhere near London. There were some small issues with the order being sent out the day after date expected (though this was due to the short best before dates on the bread) then the courier DPD had problems, so having pain for nest day delivery it took two days to get the bread. Of the four loaves ordered, one was thick sliced rather than the medium cut on the website. The customer services were as helpful as possible when I called for more information on the DPD delay. These are only minor issues and I will definitely use them again.”

“First order and delivery service and packaging excellent. Slight issue with one item missing but was immediately rectified with a swift credit. Not really eaten enough meat yet to have an overall opinion but so far so good. Almost certain to return again.”

“Nice size packs for normal sized people. Plenty of variation in the packs although spending £30 plus is beyond some people’s pockets I’d jump at the skinny meat one but the plus postage just makes me wince”

“Very happy with the food. Excellent delivery with ice packs. Only thing I would ask is if the sliced sausage had separators between them as they had all stuck together. Not a big problem but easier to manage with greaseproof discs. Thanks for the delivery”

“The products I've used so far have been full of flavour. The black pudding seemed a bit dry and tough but perhaps I cooked it incorrectly. I had a problem with delivery - West Coast Foods dealt responded very quickly, recalled the original order and dispatched a fresh bag. The food was well packaged so there were no worries re freshness. I expect to order again.”

“I've just recently started a weight watchers plan and someone told me about Aldi's selling skinni burgers, there's no Aldi's near me so I thought I would check online to see if there are any other stockists closer, so it was a bonus to find out I could actually order online. I decided to take a risk and order over £75 worth to get the free delivery (everything I ordered can be frozen)and I'm so glad I did. The texture of the meat is quite dense but it still tastes good. There are still a few things I haven't tried yet but so far I love the beef Olives and the Chinese Pork Steaks.”

“The skinni range tastes lovely, all low fat and low in weight watchers smart points. It was well packaged and packed with cold cubes to keep it all fresh. I've given 4 stars because my skinni slice sausage was all squashed together. I had to separate it. Also feel the £24.99 minimum spend is a little much. Maybe £15/20 would be more budget friendly for the general public”

“Prompt delivery and a great selection of low fat meats. The 'slice' was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting something like a burger but low fat and boring but it was very tasty, just what you need on a diet. Disappointed with the black pudding, suspect it needs fat to make it tasty. Having this variety of low fat meat in the freezer had made diet meal planning really easy.”

“The skinni range is really tasty and makes Slimming World so easy. The only thing that let you down was your . Told would e given a one hour delivery slot on Friday but it arrived at 5pm on Thursday with no warning so not prepared for my £130 order”
