“I purchased this caliper from Westbrooks cycles Stokesley. There was a problem with the seals as it was leaking hydraulic oil. Westbrooks without any hesitation offered me a full refund, or they were prepared to put new seals in the caliper. I requested new seals and now they work perfectly. Great service from the staff, and I wouldn't hesitate on using this shop again.”

“Bike arrived very promptly and well packaged. Very minor assembly but nothing major. Instructions from giant don’t read very well but it’s not hard to work out. Westbrook easy to deal with and zero hassle on delivery / shipping would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“My Cannondale came with a Cane Creek headset with a part number stamped on. Despite this Cane Creek (AKA Dia Compe) couldn’t suggest a replacement. Handily, Jason at Westbrook came up with a solution which arrived promptly and got me back on the road.”
