“A professional but friendly service. Prompt emails and contact and reassurance for someone who lives on their own and was selling their caravan in sad circumstances. A fair price offered and payment system simple. It made a frankly upsetting experience, for personal reasons, as easy as could be possible.”

“Although it took a while to get back to me, the whole process was quick and efficient. Sadly there was a couple of unknown faults with my caravan so got a lesser deal. You would get more selling privately if you want the hassle that goes with it”

“The team dealing with me were friendly, courteous and efficient. Their service was as advertised including collection and immediate payment. I had damp problems with the Van's floor, which they explained and showed. This resulted in a reduced but still reasonable valuation. They were a little slow in responding to my original enquiry otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”

“Had a relatively positive experience with WBTC and my 2014 Lunar Delta Ti. Danny was spot on with explaining everything, David who checked the van over was polite & courteous and honest in his appraisal. It went a bit weird after the appraisal though. Danny phoned explaining it was the old model (it wasnt) & the decals needed replacing, which was never even mentioned, so some confusion somewhere. It was then a little dissapointing to be knocked down a little (£400) for general weathering in the shower room, a yellowing of the wall. I accept it may not look fabulous to a new purchaser but it is an 8 year old van and UV light will yellow some plastics, on an otherwise excellent dry van it was a tad dissapointing. Having said that, I was resigned to the Van going so reluctantly accepted an improved £300.00 reduction. The transaction after that went well with settling finance, confirming this and the balance being received in my own account prior to send the Van on its way. On the whole very good. I did get offered both Higher and lower for the van but WBTC had better reviews and came to see it where as a trader wanted me to take it to them. So much like webuyanycar your getting trade in value but none of the hassle of selling private. Dissapointed with the end haggle but I get it so thank you for a smooth transaction with a minor couple of bumps.”

“I recently sold my caravan, a 2018 Swift Challenger 580, with WeBuyTouringCaravans.com, and was more than happy with the excellent service they provided. From my first point of contact with Danny who gave a clear explanation of how it worked and a verbal offer on the phone, to the point of collection at the storage unit where I kept my caravan couldn't have gone more smoothly. If you are thinking of selling your caravan I would highly recommend them, but don't expect to receive the £50 they offer if you recommend someone else to them, I recommended my brother who sold his caravan with them but they have failed to send the £50 they promised, I have therefore reduced the 5 stars to 4”

“WBTC were extremely efficient, friendly and very quick. From the initial contact to the caravan collected and money in our bank was less than a week. Sadly because we had (unbeknown to us) an area of significant damp in the van, the price had to be reduced from the original offer.”

“We contacted WBTC by email having seen their advert in a magazine. We weren’t entirely sure what we would be doing but their representative called us back straight away, explained the process clearly and succinctly, gave us an indicative price, and left us alone to make our own decision, there was no badgering or sales patter. When we decided to proceed, we got back in touch with them, the process was explained again, an inspection was organised, the valuation was firmed up and, once we agreed the price, the money was paid into our account without fuss or hesitation. Overall this was exceptional service and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.”

“Danny was friendly and professional on the phone. He explained the process clearly. We met John at the time agreed. He was a friendly guy. Gave the caravan a good look over and then offered a price somewhat less than we'd been quoted but considering the age and condition of the caravan I think it was a fair price. Money in the bank straight away before caravan towed away. Definitely recommend for an easy, stress free sale.”
