“Whilst I did not receive the original quoted price this was due to issues discovered with my caravan that I was unaware of. A lesson that your annual service is very important. The team were thorough, open and honest and the settlement received was fair. Would highly recommend selling your van to James, Danny & the team.”

“The team at WBTC were incredibly helpful, patient and kind from the moment I contacted them. Due to various reasons the process of selling my caravan took longer than I had anticipated. This was due to personal circumstances on my part, but Danny and the team remained patient and helpful throughout. They are very fair and very honest, the communication is great and they react very swiftly to any questions . . The whole process was hassle free. I Highly recommend them.”

“We spoke to them on a Thursday.After having the details of what type of caravan we were selling he offered us a price and arranged for a viewing the following Wednesday.The gentleman who came was very pleasant and didn't leave until the financial transfer was completed. “If you are selling your caravan through a business like this rather than take the time and trouble to sell it privately you must have a reason and realize that you won't get retail price, having said that you still want to feel that you have been treated fairly. Our experience with 'We buy touring caravans" was truly 5 star. Danny explained the whole process with care and we never felt under any pressure to sell, the man who collected our van (I think his name was Dave) couldn't have been nicer. If you are in need of this service I highly recommend this firm.”

“From first email slightly delayed due to being busy but we all get like this from time to time to follow up call everything has been excellent. From my initial email to them, they were super efficient, very friendly, and kept me well informed every step of the way. Their prices were fair and the whole process went very smoothly. “The assessor arrived on time. He explained the defects in our 15 year old caravan - principally the damp in the bedroom area - showing me the readings and the signs of damp. I accepted that this would result in a substantial reduction BUT I was SATISFIED with the price offered. The payment was made promptly and received in our bank account. The caravan was then towed away. All round a very satisfactory result.”

“David arrived on time and done a through inspection of the van and I had forgotten to mention there was a scrape down one side of the van that was quite deep which led to a small deduction on the agreed price but very happy with the communication and the swift payment would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell there van many thanks”
