“The team were prompt in responding to our request to sell and gave an honest evalaution of the price over the phone. The inspection and collection was almost to the minute of when they said they would do it. The cash was in the bank in seconds - no issues whatsoever. From first contact to having the sale complete was less than week. Exactly what they promised and they delivered. “We recently sold our caravan through webuytouringcaravans.com and the whole experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Danny handled my initial call and was friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with. He clearly explained the entire process and provided a valuation that was noticeably better than others I had received. Based on that, we were happy to accept straight away. Danny then quickly arranged for Matt to come and collect the caravan. Matt arrived exactly on time and carried out a quick 10-minute inspection. Everything was straightforward, and he confirmed all was in order before making a call back to the office. Shortly after, Danny contacted me to confirm everything had gone through—and the money was in our bank within minutes. I’d like to thank both Danny and Matt for their help and professionalism throughout. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. “From the outset they were very easy to deal with, explains the process and the pricing method. The collection operator was pleasant, efficient and explained what he was doing. Caravan was as described therefore the money was in my bank before he would hitch up the van to take it away”

“An extremely professional and transparent process to sell my caravan from start to finish. The price Danny offered was similar to others in the trade. He also agreed a later collection date as we'd booked a "last hoorah" break in the van. After the site inspection today and all OK, the money was instantly transfered. Many thanks Danny.”

“Very happy with the professionalism and politeness shown by Danny and his engineer who carried the pre-sale inspection of my caravan. At no point was I pressurised to sell or to accept a lower price than had been agreed. An adjustment in price was made after a couple of issues were found during the inspection but I felt Danny was fair with the revised price. The money was in my bank within 5 minutes which was great.
