“Quick and easy service. Had a much loved touring caravan which had a variety of water ingress issues among assorted other problems. The trade value was agreed as the benchmark and an assessor came to inspect the caravan. A final price was agreed and funds paid that day, the caravan was taken that day too. Would use them again.”

“In the first instance I never thought that a fair price for the caravan would be given. How wrong can you be, after a verbal discussion on the condition of the van a purchase price was offered that met other quotations received by dealers but with no hassle involved. The van was inspected within a couple of days confirming I would sell and a sale was agreed on the spot as discussed. Transfer of money was placed into my account and the caravan taken away within a hour from start to finish. I would certainly recommend WBTC to any owner wishing to sell their vans with a fair offer and no hassle.”

“We contacted WBTC by email having seen their advert in a magazine. We weren’t entirely sure what we would be doing but their representative called us back straight away, explained the process clearly and succinctly, gave us an indicative price, and left us alone to make our own decision, there was no badgering or sales patter. When we decided to proceed, we got back in touch with them, the process was explained again, an inspection was organised, the valuation was firmed up and, once we agreed the price, the money was paid into our account without fuss or hesitation. Overall this was exceptional service and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.”

“The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and professional. From my first contact with Danny who explained exactly what was going to happen and the probability that there was going to be a reduction on the offer price due to damp issues in our caravan. On the sale day when Darren came to do the survey, he explained everything and made the whole collection process swift and painless. The offer that WBTC made was very fair and the money was transferred to our bank within minutes. I cannot praise this company enough for taking the stress out of selling our caravan.”
