The assessor arrived on time. He explained the defects in our 15 year old caravan - principally the damp in the bedroom area - showing me the readings and the signs of damp. I accepted that this would result in a substantial reduction BUT I was SATISFIED with the price offered. The payment was made promptly and received in our bank account. The caravan was then towed away. All round a very satisfactory result.
