The team dealing with me were friendly, courteous and efficient. Their service was as advertised including collection and immediate payment. I had damp problems with the Van's floor, which they explained and showed. This resulted in a reduced but still reasonable valuation. They were a little slow in responding to my original enquiry otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
