The delivery time asked for was very short notice and the volume relatively large, however they were delivered on time with no problems arising. “Big fan of WeBrandIt! Actually in the process of moving all of our merch requests over to them because of the top notch service. James knows the background on our company and so gets our brand ethos etc. / what we're about. WeBrandIt & James have gone over and beyond our expectations in getting competitive quotes for us, and quality is assured by their Pantone matching, the mock up visuals and on our first purchase even provided a photo of the first sample (of a can cooler bag) to check it that it met what we had in mind before printing the whole quantity. Great communication with us whenever I've had a enquiry - and also great comms between the team as Olivia, Jordan and James have all taken key roles in providing great reassurance, updates and service in general. Really appreciate it when people take the time to think of a range of relevant options, or alternatives which can benefit our brand, suggest ideas, and the genuine honesty/transparent feedback on what they think will work or what won't!!
