“My overall experience working with WebcreationUK was good and I am happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, I found it hard work and the whole process took a long while to actually get moving. I think this was partly due to the fact that the process seemed disjointed so, for some parts it moved quickly, for others, it was very slow. I think perhaps they need to improve their forms that request information from the client as, clearly, their content writer initially had no idea about my 'product'. I think a bit of transparency would have helped on both sides as I was quite happy to provide more information. This part of the work really slowed things down. I personally would have preferred the opportunity to have an actual conversation rather than the constant back and forth with emails, although I appreciate the present situation (i.e. Covid-19) may have affected their working patterns. The final stage I cannot fault. The member of staff I worked with was extremely patient with my numerous questions and answered everything I queried quickly and concisely. He was like the last person carrying the baton in a relay and he managed to make up the time lost previously! I am hoping working with them going forward, is a positive experience.”
