The handover video was great and useful as you (I) forget everything before getting home, never mind to a site for our first getaway. We had a couple of problems with the van which I can only say they bent over backwards to sort out. A nice chap came all the way to Fareham to collect it for us to get the work done and would have returned it after as well, but I was in the area so I picked it up myself.
