“We have just purchased a Swift Challenger 880x platinum fairway from Webbs, we had great communication from Alex throughout, and on handover day Alex and the team were extremely professional, left us to have a proper look around the caravan with no pressure, the caravan was immaculate as described and after signing on the dotted line, helped us hitch up and did all the safety checks before towing away, again with no pressure for us to hurry. Thanks again everyone 😊”

“We went to Reading to look at the motor homes. Got out of are car bumped into a young man. I said do we have to go to reception to look around. He said feel free to look around if you need any-help please come into reception. He was so helpful very polite told him which one we both liked I went for a test run as I never driven one before. He helped me a lot what to do when driving one coming up to roundabout which put my mind at rest. I just wanted to thank him he was amazing. He is a credit to webbs motor homes. We are so pleased with the motor home it’s beautiful many thanks Petrina & Mike Leo Swindon”

“Just sold our Swift Motorhome thru this company and the experience was A1 from start to finish. Initial sale price quickly agreed by Steven and rig was picked up today by Guy with driver Dave. Guy had all the paperwork ready and bank transfer and ownership details carried out on DVLC web site. I can thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Just brought out first motor home from Webbs a 2014 Chausson had a great experience looking over several motorhomes no hassle our salesman Josh Mckeeman so helpful everything he promised we received and more cannot praise him enough thanks Josh will deal with you again”

“Matt came to pick up our caravan and he was very efficient and made the whole process very easy and no fuss. We were done in no time with a bank transfer which I could check on my phone instantly - great service, thank you Matt! Yes I copied another review but it was totally appropriate!”

“No one wants issues with their new caravan, but knowing Webb's at Salisbury are your supplier, should make you feel so much better. Yes we were one of the unlucky ones who had three separate issues, no fault of anyone, just unlucky. But the way Webb's at Salisbury dealt with our issues was top rate. They refunded money spent INSTANTLY, repaired another issue the same week and replaced a part we wanted during that same visit. All done with great relations, a real feeling of caring, and a great example of what you want, should you be one of the unlucky ones. Will always use this company for my future Caravan upgrades. Cannot speak highly enough of every single individual who dealt with us at the Salisbury branch. So impressed. Thank you all so much, Alan & Jackie”

“Cannot praise this company highly enough. We were looked after by Alex and the service we received was second to none. His communication was faultless and any questions we had were answered quickly. For personal reasons, we could not complete our purchase and there was absolutely no quibble at all and our deposit was returned to us the same day. I have given 5* but wish I could give more.”

“Having drove over 230 miles to trade in my caravan against a newer model, i can only describe the experience as fantastic. Oliver who i dealt with was superb !! The van was in mint condition and was gleaming when i arrived, with everything explained to me regarding its workings etc. I can only say that they are first class and was well worth the long drive there and back. Highly recommended”

“I bought my Peugeot Boxer Auto Explorer last year and I've had a few problems. However, I think the best measure of a company is how they deal with problems and my experience of the service team at Webbs Reading has been outstanding. Danny, Greg and the team have been fantastic and they get the five stars.”

“We have just part exchanged our old swift caravan and purchased a year old replacement through Oliver at Webbs, we are really pleased with the caravan. Oliver was thoroughly professional throughout the process including dealing with a couple of after sales queries. Also, great support staff and smart premises, good accessory shop and a really nice customer loo. Thankyou and Well done Webbs.”

“We purchased our Bailey Cadiz from Webbs in 2020 just before the first lockdown. That was an excellent experience in itself, previously reviewed. Four years on I had to go back to Webbs with a damp fault which once again has been a faultless experience. From initial telephone contact to collection post repair, simply excellent customer service. Barry sorted the Bailey Caravans Guarantee out in a seamless way. I handed over the caravan for repair in what seemed like no time at all following initial contact with Barry. Crister did an amazing, highest quality, job with the repair, going above and beyond sending photos of the problem(s) and the repair. It was completed a week earlier than expected and there was no pressure to collect when I explained that I couldn't collect earlier than previously pencilled-in. Jo was brilliant with us at the hand over/collection. The whole team at Webbs are so very friendly, welcoming and excell with their customer service philosophy and practices. I cannot thank them enough for their help and consideration. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Special thanks to Barry and Crister.”

“We very sadly had to sell our caravan due to ill health. We contacted Matthew at Webbs, who responded very quickly to our enquiry about the possibility of selling it. He was very understanding and empathetic. He offered a very competitive price for the caravan and made the whole sell as best as it could be. Payment was made at the point of him collecting the caravan. We would highly recommend using Webbs - great service, family friendly business.”
