“I can’t fault them at all the sales and workshops and stores. I find the Staff pleasant and very helpful, knowledgeable about the products. Nothing is too much trouble for the workshops and they are very helpful.I have bought several caravans from them. One best company to deal with.”

“As tourists from Australia, we heard/read good reports about Webbs. We subsequently bought a motor home them. We used it to tour the UK & EU for 12 months, then sold it back to them. The process was handled honestly and professionally by Josh. The process was explained well to us. There where no hidden agendas. The motor home was reliable with no significant issues and performed well. The whole process was painless and we slept well with it. We had an awesome trip. Highly Recommended. Thank You Josh.”

“We cannot fault the service we have received from Webbs. We purchased our caravan from them in 2023. Nothing was too much trouble, and despite having a few issues, all were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Turning to now, we have just sold our caravan back to them. The process was quick and easy and just what we required. We would very much recommend them to anyone who asks.”

“My partner and I were interested in a Bailey unicorn Vigo we were left alone to view at our own pace then Oliver the sales executive came along to ask if we needed any assistance which we did, Oliver was born to sell caravans, he has experience well beyond his years and can answer any questions you can think off caravan related. The whole process from start to finish was so relaxing and at no point did we feel pressured into any sale In fact we thought we needed built in WiFi and the man on the till(sorry didn’t get his name) advised us to use the caravan first, there is definitely NO PRESSURE anywhere to be found at Webbs. We picked up our Bailey unicorn Vigo on Thursday and the hand over service was second to none, everything was explained to us and all our questions answered in great detail we couldn’t have had a better experience. I would definitely recommend Webbs in Salisbury to anyone thinking of getting a caravan to speak with Oliver What a fantastic experience and a fantastic caravan Well done Webbs 100%”

“We exchanged a caravan on Friday and we were late for our slot. Everyone was super friendly and love the chap who shows us how the motor mover works. All the team cannot help you enough. Brought the caravan unseen from videos. Super van super service. Will come back. Welldone Oli”

“Purchased a nearly new Swift Grande Elegance end of February 2025. We had a long drive for collection & stayed overnight close in case of any issues. The front locker had a slight issue but their guys came out to sort. The issue reoccurred once we were home, 200 miles away so they sent a full new mechanism and paid for it to be fitted. Other small issues we've found have been sorted amicably which is great considering the distance. So, thank you to Oliver & Alex in sales, Mike for handover and Barry for all his follow up and prompt responses.”

“We went to Reading to look at the motor homes. Got out of are car bumped into a young man. I said do we have to go to reception to look around. He said feel free to look around if you need any-help please come into reception. He was so helpful very polite told him which one we both liked I went for a test run as I never driven one before. He helped me a lot what to do when driving one coming up to roundabout which put my mind at rest. I just wanted to thank him he was amazing. He is a credit to webbs motor homes. We are so pleased with the motor home it’s beautiful many thanks Petrina & Mike Leo Swindon”

“Just sold our Swift Motorhome thru this company and the experience was A1 from start to finish. Initial sale price quickly agreed by Steven and rig was picked up today by Guy with driver Dave. Guy had all the paperwork ready and bank transfer and ownership details carried out on DVLC web site. I can thoroughly recommend this company.”
