“Scouring the net looking for single level accommodation we came across waterside breaks. The one we wanted was unavailable but instead of a "sorry computer says no" Annabel suggested another, sent a link even phoning a few days later. We were unsure thinking that it was too quiet, but she assured us she had been and there was plenty to do locally. Great service, if Annabel had not phoned I would not have booked.”
