“After explaining to Tim at Waterside Breaks exactly what I was looking for , he said he would sort out a few options and call me back. This he did within 15 mins. We went through these options, with Tim leading me to pictures on the internet of the property locations and explaining the pros and cons of each. A booking was made from this friendly and professional phone call.”

“The only thing I can really say is absolutely fantastic. We found an amazing place but thought we had left it to late as we enquired out of hrs. Within 20 minutes I recieved a call and all was booked. First class service, thank you.”

“Easy to book. Good site. Holiday cottage view was absolutely phenominal. Number 22. Swans passing our window every night not to mention the boats sailing by. Not to forget the heron who visited our French doors every night for something to eat. My husband even bought a tin of pilchards for it as they only eat fish and meat. The view was so spectacular we almost forgotten we had the television on and missed some of our programme. Spot on. Loved the cottage too and locality but we did have a couple of hiccups being the heating wasn't Good as the electric heater on the wall was hopeless and the wall fire didn't work although the owners came to have a look at it. Fortunately we only felt the cold for three nights of our seven night stay and we just put up with it. The view made up for it I'm pleased to say. The bed was springy hurting my back and my husband said the same and he never complains. However, there were two more twin beds in our cottage and we slept separately (first time in 45 years) and achieved a better nights sleep thankfully. We hired a boat for the day and had a great day. All in all our holiday was lovely despite the cottage hiccups which I'm sure will be put right. The cottage had all the equipment needed if you wanted to do any cooking. All electric cooking facilities. I would recommend these cottages and Wroxham definitely but I would like to return if the heating and mAtress were to be replaced. So thank you for a lovely holiday. “The women i spoke to ( charlotte) was very polite. Phoned the owners to make sure it was ok for for 4 adults as it stated 2 adults and 2 children. Few days later my money was took from my account but had not heard from the holiday park to confirm and give me final instructions for when we arrive. Sent charlotte a quick email and she chased it up and got a reply from holiday park via eamail within a hour to finalise it all as they had sent to wrong email add. Very good and quick service”

“Just a bit confused about checking in times as would like to be there fore 3pm as it says on the terms and conditions but we have been told 4pm. I think this should be made more clearer in the terms and conditions.”
