“Really pleasant telephone interactions with the team at Waterside breaks. My only negative comment was that I couldn't check live availability and had to wait for a call back. On receiving this I was told the booking could only be held for 24 hours and I had to pay immediately. On doing so, I was told the money couldn't actually be collected from my card as the owners of the accommodation were away?!”

A good point raised thank you. We act in this instance as a remote booking office for the owners who were at the time away sailing so they were unable to accept payment on their booking system straight away which they usually do. This was a circumstance outside our control at the time but normally we ensure everything is processed correctly within 24 hours. Have a great time in Wroxham. Regards - All at Waterside Breaks
