The lady on the phone was lovely very polite and courteous when I actually booked and paid for the break.
However I had an email confirming my booking addressed to a Mrs Lane .
I sent a return email explaining I was concerned about the confirmation being in the wrong name but with the correct address. The return email was very curt and stated that the fax received from waterside breaks said I was Lane, and it will be changed.
