“Tim Wells is a star, he was extremely helpful and accomodated our request with no fuss. Because of Tim's manner when he rang to say there had been an error and the lodge we had booked was unavailable on what should have been our last day/night we readily agreed to change our booking. It was only moved by one day but beacuse he was obviously concerned that we were happy to move. Give the man a pay rise!”

“The property I rented in Horning, called Top Deck was the worst place I've ever been in. The description on the Waterside Breaks website does not tell you that the property stinks of damp, has mould growing on the walls, the linen supplied had mould on them. The smell was so bad that all our clothes stunk of the place. Also the extractor for the Chinese take away next door is right next to the upstairs deck so you couldn't go out there to enjoy the view as the smell from that was absolutely awful. The heating and the cooker didn't work. I called & sent messages many times to the owner. He did not bother to reply. It's a disgrace that this property is advertised. Is it even legal to rent it out? Very disappointed Waterside Breaks, will not trust your properties again”

We take all comments on properties that we rent on behalf of the owners very seriously and liaise with the owners accordingly to ensure standards are kept up. We have passed on the details that you sent us directly for these to be looked into by the owner giving them an opportunity and chance to review, act upon and respond.
