“Tim Wells is a star, he was extremely helpful and accomodated our request with no fuss. Because of Tim's manner when he rang to say there had been an error and the lodge we had booked was unavailable on what should have been our last day/night we readily agreed to change our booking. It was only moved by one day but beacuse he was obviously concerned that we were happy to move. Give the man a pay rise!”
