“ I've ordered from them before so knew the products were good quality. Disappointed not to get an answer from a question I asked, disappointed not to get a message to tell me delivery would be delayed, less than impressed - when I rang to find out what was going on, after expected delivery date had passed - to be treated as though I was asking for more than could be expected, then even less impressed when the butt arrived with no warning, it's not exactly the size of package than can be tucked behind a flower pot! So, product great, customer service is shocking! ”
