“ I ordered a connection kit or water diverted for my water butt it arrived in 3 days in good condition although the delivery driver just left it on the doorstep. The item is a Harcoster kit and looks quite robust and you can take top off to check for leaves or other blockages. Pleased with purchase. ”

Disappointed not to get an answer from a question I asked, disappointed not to get a message to tell me delivery would be delayed, less than impressed - when I rang to find out what was going on, after expected delivery date had passed - to be treated as though I was asking for more than could be expected, then even less impressed when the butt arrived with no warning, it's not exactly the size of package than can be tucked behind a flower pot! So, product great, customer service is shocking! ”
