Product selection is great along with the prices but their downfall is communications. Accept an order then nothing for almost 2 weeks and a chase email went unanswered. Happy to take your cash but not provide the customer service that goes with a retail business

Big shout out for customer service. I bought a 300L water butt over 2 years ago and it suddenly sprung a leak for no obvious reason. Literally within 1 week of contacting customer services a new replacement was delivered and the old one taken away. Excellent and heart warming customer service
