I ordered a water butt in April 26, and 3 delivery dates were missed, which i understand, but what i found disappointing was the lack of comms from the company. It was only when i rang them each time, that i found out what was happening, and when the new delivery date would be. A bit more proactive with paying customers i would suggest.

Ordering straight forward. delivered by DPD, unfortunately I wasn’t going to be in however DPD offered me the opportunity to select a safe place. On delivery the driver took a photo of my parcel in the safe place. Excellent service.
