Sorry to hear about this Tom. There are two versions of the Arizona, one with the hook-on functionality for fixed bar watches and one which carries regular spring bars. Looking at your order, it looks as though you ordered the regular type strap for spring bars. Please feel free to return the strap and we can exchange it for the hook-on version for you.
Hi Dario, really sorry to heat that you had difficultly with removing the RIOS1931 Dallas from your watch. The Dallas is fitted and removed like any other watch strap that uses traditional spring bars. Having a good quality spring bar tool is essential for this job.
