I was looking forward to receiving the Hirsch alligator strap I ordered but I’ve been quite disappointed in finding out that the strap was stained by the very “pouch” it was shipped in. The strap arrived in a bottle green-ish cardboard sleeve, without any plastic or protection in between. The strap parts that must have been rubbing against the cardboard now have the green marks shown in the pictures.
Definitely not quite something you want on a £140+ (£250+ RRP) strap.”

Guide says it fits wrists up to 7.25" - I'm 7" exactly so if anything it should be on the tighter side....

Thank you for your review Mike. You're right, the strap should be perfect for your wrist size. Going by the picture, you might be able to get a tighter fit if you move the watch around the strap a little more. We suggest that the hook and hardware be positioned as close to the middle of the underside of your wrist as possible. This makes taking the strap off and putting it on a lot easier as well. “Appreciate that the staff helps to connect the clasp with the leather strap but it scratches the leather strap due to the hard metal clasp which leaves a permanent mark.
Would be nice if they can add extra protection between the clasp/strap.”

“Generally the service is excellent, but for one strap it came on a silver instead of gold buckle. I asked for a replacement gold buckle to be sent, and they said they will send a replacement.”

“Good products but bad customer service. Ordered a strap but realised I made a mistake then messaged them about an exchange within 15 minutes but no effort to even attempt the request. I’ll order direct from Holland next time.
Just make sure you order correctly and you should be all good though.”

“Very nice strap, however, not what I ordered. I ordered a strap made for fixed bar watches, and I was sent one with spring bars. I was very disappointed. I live in the USA so returns are a pain. I have sent the strap back for a refund, and so far Watch Obession has been good about taking care of it.”
