“As usual Watch Obsession are fantastic to buy from, no complaints… but… the item I bought was not exactly as I expected.
I purchased the Hirsch Arne Limited edition colour (Yellow) with Mat black Sports deployant.
The colour was nowhere near the colour in the photo, it was much paler… so much paler, even taking into account the studio lights used for the photo I thought it would still be ok… but no. Pale yellow isn’t even the right colour to call it… its more like the colour “Pale” with the tiniest hint of pale yellow added to it.
The strap gets so grubby so quickly, within 2 days of being at home chillin I noticed that the strap looked like it had been handled by a coal miner straight from the pit. Sooooo hard to clean it too.
The claps seems sturdy enough and functions well but I cant help feeling that for the extra price I paid I would have expected a bit of “heft” to it but it leaves the impression that it was machined press from a sheet of aluminium.
Thin quick release spring bars, first chance I get I’ll be replacing them.
A lesson here is “Limited Edition” can also be a warning… “…we made so many before we realised they weren’t that good”.
I had to wait a few days to write out a review, not so angry now.”

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry the Hirsch Arne Limited Edition Yellow strap didn't meet your expectations regarding colour. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product isn't quite as expected; while our studio photos aim for accuracy, screen calibration and individual device settings mean every display can show colours slightly differently, making it challenging to achieve perfect consistency for everyone.
We're sorry the Hirsch clasp did not have the desired 'heft' you were hoping, and as for Quick-Release spring bars, Hirsch have transitioned to having them as standard and almost their entire range, but we understand they are not for everyone, which is why we have a video guide on our YouTube page on how to remove them.

you very kindly agreed to exchange it and the lady I spoke to asured me the replacement strap was the same colour/shade. IT IS NOT.”

On the product page, you selected the strap width, length and buckle option with our descriptions detailing the widths at the watch end and buckle end as well as the thickness of each option. Hopefully we can help you out with the colour issue you faced also.
“The strap itself is nice and good quality, however the deployant sport buckle is absolutely unfit for purpose. It's clear whoever desinged this never tested it by wearing it. For smaller wrists the buckle closes to the side and it pinched and pushes the watch into an unatural position.
Very disappointed with this”

China-EU is less then 10days and much cheaper….”

Hi Chris, really sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with the material used for your strap. I can assure you that the leather on the Hirsch Osiris is a genuine calfskin leather. We do ask that you reframe from mounting the straps and wearing them until you are entirely satisfied with the look and feel of them. You may find that the leather is more appealing to yourself as you wear it.
“Delivery was fast, the selection is extremely wide (maybe one of the best in Europe).
However, this is the second time I receive a strap with visible scratches on. I’m sure the customer service could refund part of the purchase price (and anyways there is always the option to return the item). I just don’t want to spend time on it, I’m still satisfied with the strap.
I’d still recommend Watch Obsession, great product selection and customer service.”
