“As a watch collector I have always used this company until today. I purchased a strap 11 days ago only to find it had gone on sale with 20% off, so I purchased one to send the other back because it was for a project build on a watch that I hadn't even started and so hadn't even been out of the packet. When I called I spoke to the owner of the company who told me I was a p*ss taker for doing this. When I got angry for him calling me a p*ss taker he then slammed the phone down on me. I dont know what planet this guy lives on or why he thinks he can speak to people like this without that customer becoming angry but I certainly will never spend money with this company ever again.”
