“I’ve not received the paper I ordered. I’ve emailed customer service and they haven’t got back to me. Terrible service.”

Hi Caroline, Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear your paper hasn't arrived. I can't find any emails from you regarding this, so I'm not sure if possibly your emails have gone to the wrong address? I have chased Cole and Son for some tracking and I will email you directly in the morning with more info. Sincere apologies once again. Katie

“The paper was of excellent quality and all 8 rolls were of the same batch, delivery was very speedy and that was to northern ireland.”

“The wallpaper, was faulty, with lots of colour runs and had to be returned. However, the customer service was very good and the refund was processed quickly and with no hassle. I recognise that Wallpaper UK are only the supplier and not the manufacturer, so in their defence, the original order was processed efficiently and as stated earlier, their response and the way they dealt with the issue was exemplary.”

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As I have said over email, there is an issue with UPS with one of your deliveries which we are waiting for a response on, we are keeping a close eye on this but of course we have to wait for the courier to get this resolved, in the meantime I have offered a cancellation and refund. All other tracking for your other orders have been sent over to you and you have confirmed these have been received. Katie

“Sorry haven’t yet had my lovely wallpaper hung. I am sure I will love it, & hopefully the Family also.”

I therefore sent an email enquiring about our delivery and they responded within the hour and had found there was a problem at the suppliers and were able to tell us when we would receive it. It then arrived within 3 days! Excellent customer support.”
