“Speedy delivery, wallpaper is fine. Not impressed with after- sales service. After placing the order I realised that there were 2 mistakes. I had submitted the wrong address and omitted to use the discount code ( I am 83 old and not very computer literate). I used the chat box to ask if someone could telephone me to sort out the mistakes but got an e-mail instead. I did not see the e-mail until the following day, by then the goods were in transit.”

“I ordered some blue and white striped wallpaper which unfortunately arrived with a mis print. I would usually leave a poorer review for this however Katie from customer services has been a great help and responses are unbelievably quick which is fantastic. She has issued a full refund provided a discount for future purchases and took the issue up with the supplier/ manufacture so really has went above and beyond. Thanks Katie!”

“This issue was sorted and I was refunded. I recognise that it was the manufacturers fault and not wallpaper UK, however, it was still disappointing . I ordered on the 28th November and didn’t get my order until 13th December and the wrong order was sent! I was warned that there would be a delay, which I was willing to put up with with, and I put my decorating on hold, but to receive the wrong wallpaper is really disappointing and my living room will now not be ready for Christmas. Really not happy at all.”

“I love the look of this wallpaper. It’s great for a bedroom but I don’t think it would be hard wearing enough for use in living areas. The wallpaper was extremely easy to hang but unfortunately I came across a hole in two of the rolls. The colour also appears to vary between rolls of the same dye number but not enough to put me off. Almost any colour can be teamed with this paper so very versatile.”
