We emailed you the day after your order was made to let you know that unfortunately, the product had recently been discontinued, and to ask if you would like a refund or an alternative, I'm not sure if perhaps you have us mixed up with another company as you confirmed on the 27th, shortly after your order was made? “I have cancelled my order within a couple of days and I have rung, gone on chat and emailed but I cannot speak to anyone. I haven’t received my refund? I haven’t received any wallpaper so they know it’s been cancelled.”
