“Ordered a product from them a couple of months ago. I didn't check the packet upon arrival but there is a warning message that wasn't mentioned on their site. Their site misled me into purchasing a product, thinking it was safe for consumption. The warning description doesn't mention anything (see image). I cant use the product and the company won't offer a refund since I've missed their "returns window". Terrible customer service. I won't purchase again from them.”

“Terrible customer service. Product arrived damaged and when I contacted customer service to resolve the issue they were extremely rude and made me feel like a nuisance. I have never felt the need to leave a negative review but I am appalled at how they have handled the situation. It is still yet to be resolved. The fair and truthful review I left on your site (which I thought was via a third party) was removed which I find untrustworthy and disgraceful. Will never again shop with you and will be warning others against dealing with you in any way. You have lost a potential loyal customer bigtime.”

“Still awake until 5am after taking these tablets but when I finally nodded off had the most awful nightmares, so will not be taking them again. No doubt other people are suited to then but not me hence the very poor rating. Sorry.”
