Terrible customer service. Product arrived damaged and when I contacted customer service to resolve the issue they were extremely rude and made me feel like a nuisance. I have never felt the need to leave a negative review but I am appalled at how they have handled the situation. It is still yet to be resolved. The fair and truthful review I left on your site (which I thought was via a third party) was removed which I find untrustworthy and disgraceful. Will never again shop with you and will be warning others against dealing with you in any way. You have lost a potential loyal customer bigtime.
