“I did not get what I ordered. I put an email reminder for when my item was back in stock. As soon as I received the email I placed my order, however the item I received was incorrect. My son left parcel outside in rain so was spoiled so I couldn’t even return!”

“Product doesn't do as advertised , I bought a stronger one as well to be sure it would work , but still wide awake , so no not impressed , the company and shipping no problem , just the product they sell is not worth the money , still have quite a few left if anyone wants them”

“I ordered one bottle of Thayers witch hazel on the 19th May and it still hasn`t arrived. I placed 4 separate orders with US based suppliers and they all arrived last week. What is taking so long. Not acceptable”

“Still haven’t received my order. Wasn’t aware that it would be shipped from USA. Only good thing is that I have had responses to my emails despite the fact they haven’t been able to help. Won’t use again.”

“I didn't realise I was ordering from the US as the company is called VitaminGrocer UK. The item I ordered seemed to be faulty. I was given advice how to use it correctly and then told that if that didn't work, I was to get in touch with the manufacturer. That's not how we do things in the UK.”
