Ordered a product from them a couple of months ago. I didn't check the packet upon arrival but there is a warning message that wasn't mentioned on their site. Their site misled me into purchasing a product, thinking it was safe for consumption. The warning description doesn't mention anything (see image). I cant use the product and the company won't offer a refund since I've missed their "returns window". Terrible customer service. I won't purchase again from them.
