“I contacted Adobe windows because I needed a heat reducing solution to my south facing bedroom. I have a health condition which makes me unable to move rooms easy, and the heat is dangerous for my health. I emailed the company asking for advice as to the best film for my requirements. However, as the heatwave was approaching, I couldn’t wait and made a decision based on the website info. To be surprise, they sent me the films with next day delivery without changing me extra. They showed great sensitivity and excellent customer service to a vulnerable client, without me having to ask for special treatment.
Five stars are not enough for their service, it’s makes all the difference.
When it comes to the film, it was a title tricky to fit but nothing too difficult or time consuming. It does work as the sun doesn’t get the room as hot as it was before and takes away the glare without reducing the light or view much.
